General Policies: We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: Any item that is used or worn. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. Any custom made item such as custom frame buckles. Any special ordered items. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Any belt buckle or belt (exchange only). Belt buckles and belts are final sale items. Exchanges will be allowed within two weeks of ship date. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Our general policy is to refund the cost of the item less shipping.
Exchanges are charged a $6 shipping fee.
